I've searched thoroughly but couldn't locate a solution.
I'm using 3dmark's firestrike with my GPU. My scores are disappointing—gpu around 21000 and combined under 8000. Normal overclocked scores should be above 11000 and 30000 respectively. Physics is a record at 23000+. CPU runs at 5.2 GHz at 1.4V, LLC at level 7, and C states are off.
GPU temps are stable this morning (49-56°C) and last night up to 62°C. I installed the latest NVIDIA driver via DDU and used the World of Warcraft driver. All NVIDIA settings are set to performance, and Windows 10 is also in performance mode.
What further steps should I take?

It's not clear. Lowering the clocks might break the hardware. Also, 1.4v seems excessive. Maybe a lower setting would have worked better. Overvoltage can cause damage.
