Score low for cinema performance.
I added the new 5600x CPU to my existing setup. The default mode score is 4037, but with PBO enabled it jumps to 4296. This might be related to my B450 motherboard. Asus released a BIOS update that supports 5th Gen Ryzen on this board. Temperatures are around 65°C when PBO is off and between 72-75°C when it's enabled. Detailed specs are available in my signature.
I'm going to try to figure out the RAM timings and settings. See if I can extract 3600 from them, which should bring you nearer to 4500.
I believe this makes sense. I did a full core overclock at 4600 MHz with 1.34 volts and achieved a score of 4450. It consumed around 84 watts, which was impressive. Unfortunately, the board didn’t handle memory overclocking well—I ended up with a poor sample from Corsair. I only reached about 3300 MHz and then lowered it back to DOCP.
It runs at a modest power level, being both efficient and low output. It seems to be using a flat 1.2V setting. Consider enabling PBO.
Activated PBO mode, received 80W output with clocks in the 4.45-4.5 GHz range. Score is 4254, which is significantly lower than expected.
Optimize with curve shaping from -10 to higher values, expecting a 4.6-4.7 gain using u12s. The 80W rating remains modest, likely safe up to 125W. Monitor VRM voltages and avoid all-core OCs on Zen 3—single core boost is impressive. From your screenshots, RAM timings seem off; ensure the docp is active and use the Ryzen RAM calculator.
