Running 3DMark would be great, what was your Cinebench score? It was using the version you had installed. Your CPU is showing P cores at 2.5GHz instead of the expected 5.3GHz. The ring clock is also running slower (3.6GHz vs 4.5GHz), but still above half the normal range. The E cores are running at their full 4.2GHz, which seems to be affecting the results. Are you using any tuning tools like XTU, MSI Command Center, Throttlestop, etc.? If so, try uninstalling them and then reset the CMOS. If not, just reset it directly and see if that improves things.

Hi, I have an MSI center running in silent mode and I'm unsure if that's the issue. It's been working normally before, so maybe switching to balance mode could help. Also, I noticed my Cinebench score is higher than expected for 2024.1.0—should I run a CPU test now or stick with the same one that gave me the low score?

Only one option since I assumed it was for boosting performance with two devices connected

Remove MSI Center and reset the CMOS. This might resolve some problems, and you prefer it not interfere now.
