Are there effective scanning software options available for arranging scanned documents and receipts?
If you need something on the phone and you're using Android, there are many options available from the Play Store. If you're working with a desktop platform and using a scanner, you should be able to obtain the required drivers or utilities from your scanner's support page. I personally rely on Adobe's Acrobat DC, but you can also use this list.
