I adjusted my start menu tiles right after upgrading from Win7 to Win10, and it looked great while staying neat. When I faced issues with programs that weren’t migrated properly, I did a clean install about a month ago, but I haven’t found the same perfect setup yet. Where exactly is the layout for those tiles stored? I still have the backup VHD from the previous restore, which could help if needed, but I’m unsure where the information is kept. Anyone know how to locate it?

This process involves the registry, several records, and hex codes for modification.
