Hello Community&Hardware friends,
could you share the steps to obtain the firmware and instructions for replacing the HDD in your printer? The system reported the HDD (320GB) as defective, but testing it on an external PC with low-level formatting is fine. Also, is it possible to install a larger HDD or SSD, up to 1TB?

When using a cloning tool to transfer the drive, it should function properly unless the printer identifies a particular model. SSDs typically work with standard drives. However, it's advisable to begin with Samsung support to avoid damaging a costly printer.
