Hey everyone! Sorry for the messy writing. I’m really struggling with sentence structure due to dyslexia and dysgraphia, so please give me some grace. Back to the main point—I own an Odyssey Arc 55. I recently moved and it somehow broke, which means my warranty expired last month. That means I won’t be able to get a replacement. I reached out to Best Buy, where I bought the monitor, asking if they can replace the screen. They said they can. But I wanted to share this here and ask for your thoughts. I just don’t want to drive all the way to them and risk being told we can’t fix it.

Sure, take your time. I’ll check the details on your magic ball to see if the Best Buy employee’s story holds up. Just call them back and provide the make and model so we can verify it doesn’t match anyone else in the store.

If it's something they can handle, then fine. Remember each screen/monitor is unique and it all comes down to the cost involved. But the panel will usually be the biggest expense in a display, so you might have to spend as much or more than a brand-new monitor to fix this. Also, welcome to the forums!
