The Vcore reaches up to 1.365 volts during a single Core Stress Test in Cinebench. The SOC voltage is set to Auto and its Expo is disabled for safety on both SOC and VDDIO voltages, which should stay at no more than the maximum Vcore of 1.365V. For the AMD Ryzen 7000 Series, there’s no specific guidance on safe Vcore values beyond what’s mentioned for the SOC; you’re advised to keep it within the recommended range.
It seems your 7950X3D supports even greater VCore and VSoc limits, which can make the voltage profile quite irregular.
Are there any users who might know a BIOS CONFIG for this setup? I'm just starting out and trying to follow the guidance from a friend while assembling my PC. I used to work on building computers in college, but things have evolved since then. I've always trusted ASUS products. My main issue is getting the graphics card to activate. I've configured BIOS to its default settings and can only run the memory without using Expo. It includes an AMD R9 7950X3D CPU, Asus ROG STRIX X670E-E Wi-Fi gaming board, 4x32GB G-Skill Trident Z 5800CL30 RAM, ASUS TUF Gaming AMD GeForce RX 4060 GPU, a case from ASUS Tuf GT502, an EVGA GT1300 power supply, and storage devices totaling several terabytes. I also have a monitor with LG UltraGear 45" OLED display, Corsair K55 keyboard, and a Corsair mouse. Everything powers on but there are some problems. Since I'm still learning Linux, I'm overwhelmed with tasks to complete so drivers and ASUS tools can function properly. This is the most helpful post I've made so far.
