I am trying to log into Windows and the cursor is moving but it stops on its own. My keys are not working at all so I cannot write anything in the box. Is there something I can try?

Mostly I turn on safe mode and run ddu. That's because if you keep updating your graphics drivers too much, things get stuck up and old stuff stays behind instead of being removed.

What's my computer setup? How big is that storage drive and what should I do if it's broken?

My PC is set up with a high-end CPU, an RTX 3080 graphics card, and a Z690 motherboard. The power supply comes from Corsair, which has enough wattage for the whole thing. My storage includes an SSD from Samsung with 1 terabyte total space, but I only have about 30 gigs free right now. It feels like there is plenty of room left over.

I tried turning off my PC and restarting it to see if that helps. The screen came up showing me the error message during troubleshooting. But when I started fixing things, my computer couldn't find any hardware or software. Now I'm stuck again because I can't get back to that error screen. I want to try quitting out of "Safe Mode" using a command prompt window. Just now, it keeps restarting whenever I try to force quit the system or restart it.

One terabyte drive has only thirty gigabytes left to hold files. That means it's completely full as an SSD.
