Hello, I’m trying to figure out my issue. Right now I’m using safe mode, but I can’t interact with the keyboard or mouse there. I’ve tested various ports and tried commands like ctrl+f8, but no options are available. I don’t want to format the PC, as it contains important files. Could anyone assist me with this?
