I recently increased my i5 6600k CPU's speed to 4.6GHz at 1.35 volts, and it's currently not exceeding 70°C with the H100i v2 AIO Cooler. Is this a successful overclock? If yes, what are the details?

My build is on a Hero, 4.7 1.3, sits in my mid-20s, with a general load in the mid to high 60s (playing ROG Real Bench).
