Perhaps I'm a bit biased, but what makes Asus stand out for regular users? At first, the Hero series like Maximus and Crosshair seemed unique, mostly competing against top-tier DFI chips, but now every brand offers a flagship product that outperforms them. For the sake of comparison, Asus boards aren't really matched in damaging CPUs, yet everyday models like BIOSTAR are attracting attention for their high-end offerings.
Do you have any information about recent developments? It seems odd that your motherboard is the focus, as multiple vendors are affected by these crashes. What ultimately happened regarding the return or replacement?
Thanks for your patience. I’m still using the same board, which is the second one with these problems. The main concern seems to be the BIOS and how ASUS manages the newer Raptor Lake CPUs. They should stop making changes and update the BIOS to match Intel’s recommended settings. I’ll wait a few more BIOS updates before trying again later.
