I downloaded the poker client from the website. It still displays your username in the username field, indicating the problem persists. Manually deleting folders might help, but I’m unsure how to proceed. Consider taking a screenshot of the updated interface after removing the client to document the change.

The scan afterward aims to eliminate every trace of the program (as usual with registry tasks). To delete your user information, locate where it’s saved—typically in "appdata." Yes, Revo can fully uninstall a program and may fix issues that way—but you’ll still have to remove your data yourself. Most uninstallers ask if you want to clear that info, but not every one offers this feature.

After completing the scan, you saw many folders and subfolders. You thought you could remove them yourself by right-clicking, but you didn’t. Your laptop restarted, and now the poker client is loading with your username displayed again, plus the same performance problems. You’re wondering if you need to delete user data manually. Yes, you can use Revo Uninstaller to remove the poker client again. After that, run a scan and then delete every folder and subfolder that appears until none show up. Finally, restart your laptop and download the poker client from the official site.
