Norton seems quite outdated; consider removing it. If someone attempted to compromise your network, your router will notify you, not your personal computer. Everything is okay.

I understand the problem. A colleague is facing the same issue with his app on the phone. It's not an attempt to breach the network—it's the Norton app being faulty and poorly coded. One of the causes is switching between access points or traveling far away, then briefly disconnecting before reconnecting, which triggers the error. Changing the SSID channel can also lead to this. There are additional factors, but a recent update from Norton seems to be the main reason.
