The best times you've recorded on a G.skill configuration are quite low. Many users report strong performance. All the 8GB DIMMs in your setup seem to perform at the top level.

Back in the DDR era, CL1.5 was still relevant unless you were referring to a specific DRAM variant or speed. Unless it mentions "1R__" (like 1Rx8), it means single-rank configuration.

This kit comes with everything included. It seems likely it's designed for a single rank, though I can't confirm. You mentioned you can push G.Skill to high speeds, but I'm not sure about this model.

It's a decent DDR4 chip (meeting 3200MHz specs) that supports Hynix JJR, CJR and Micron C9BJZ dies. Running at 3600MHz with 1.4V could achieve timing ranges of 16-22-20-40 for JJR, 16-19-19-39 for CJR and C9BJZ. To reduce clock speeds at 3600MHz, CJR offers the best performance, with C9BJZ close behind and JJR lagging somewhat.

The brand isn't important here. This setup isn't a B-die; it's probably dual rank and won't go that high.
