My system includes a 8600k processor with Hyper 212 Evo, 2 fans, M.2 SSD, and other components. I overclocked the CPU to 4.7ghz at 1.2 volts. During Cinebench R20, the frequency is typically 4.7 but drops to 4.5-4.6 near the end of the test. Question 1: Should I adjust the voltage for this frequency or stick with auto? Question 2: Is it normal for the CPU frequency to fluctuate?
