I purchased Corsair Vengeance Pro RAM to pair with a Ryzen 1600 and a Gigabyte GA-A350M gaming graphics card. All 16GB are detected in BIOS but not in Task Manager. I believe the issue lies with the motherboard, CPU, or both. There’s a lot of information to review, but I’m trying to figure it out. Could you suggest some alternatives or fixes? Thanks!

I checked the latest update and there was no change. I’m not sure how it got fixed to version 22. I’ve also tried the 2x8gb Corsair Dominator Platinum, but the same problem persists.

Windows recognizes both DIMMs, yet it has reserved 8.0GB of that space (the small text). The problem isn't related to hardware; it's likely due to BIOS or Windows interfering with that memory.

Not sure about that. Ram doesn't seem to have drivers either, right? I'll go ahead and download ddu just to check.

I have a 980ti and I was able to see all 15.5gb in Task Manager using dimm socket 2+4, which seems to have changed my BIOS settings. However, it doesn't appear to be set up for dual channel mode.
