Normally, when the system runs lightly, the voltage on the Ryzen 3000 rises to about 1.45 volts to reach full turbo. But during heavy use it drops to around 1.32 volts. Power usage and heat are what damage CPUs, not just the voltage level.

Voltage increases as the clock speeds up. On lighter tasks, such as using a single thread, the system attempts to raise the clock speed, which causes voltage to rise. When dealing with heavy loads across all cores, voltage tends to drop as the clock runs faster.
