I'm trying to overclock my R5 1600 on my Cryo H7, and reached 3.8 GHz. My friend was assisting, thinking the voltage was correct. Now we found that the actual VDDCR CPU voltage is 1.387, which isn't the stock value. It's now at 3.5 GHz at around 40 degrees Celsius. I moved it back down because something seemed wrong. The GPU fan is spinning unusually fast even in BIOS—can you help?

Reset your CMOS by clearing the BIOS settings back to defaults. Check your motherboard manual for the specific jumper or button configuration needed.

Reset your CMOS by returning it to its factory settings. The motherboard manual should contain the steps for which jumper or button to press to accomplish this.
