Curiously, do any of you use Ryzens Eco Mode regularly? I just checked a quick test with a standard Intel Burn Test and found average temperatures about 12.4% lower than stock settings. This resulted in roughly an 8.5% slower completion time—around 22.2c ambient.

I don’t have that setup. My system runs at a higher CPU speed—around 2.2 GHz—and uses more power. But with Windows Power Saving active, it drops to 35% performance and only draws 9 watts, which is great for light tasks like browsing.
