Used liquid nitrogen to achieve a performance of 1800X to 5.35GHz

That's a chip with eight cores and sixteen threads, which made it definitely challenging.
On a 6/12 or 4/8 it would feel somewhat simpler (just a loose way of saying), but it seems it demands more cooling than typical users can provide to reach 5GHz.
As McNumpty mentioned, hitting 4.5GHz would be considered an achievement on most Ryzen models.
It seems the question is about whether this device has a lower TDP compared to the latest Kaby Lake models that can reach 5GHz overclocking.

It seems the setup won't reach 4.2 or 4.5, only 4.1ghz is possible on the GTX 100i. GG
