1. How can I remove the Ryzen Master and all its effects completely?
2. My CPU temperatures are high even during regular browsing, usually between 55 and 60°C. I have a Corsair H100i AIO cooler, but the thermal paste has dried out. I’m considering a new thermal compound like Thermal Grizzly Kryonat. Will that fix the overheating, or is there another reason for this issue? Also, does it work specifically for Ryzen 3900X processors?

Apply a tiny amount of paste for Zen 2 chipsets. If temps remain high, verify MCE settings. Check voltage levels; if elevated, disable MCE. Ensure the pump functions correctly.

Got it. And could you clarify what MCE refers to?

It essentially speeds up your CPU but often increases the voltage to extreme levels.

You can check the Ryzen Master settings to disable or adjust the CPU frequency. Look for options related to performance tuning, power management, or voltage control. If the voltage fluctuates between 1.4 and 1.45V, it might affect stability—consider resetting the settings or consulting the manual for further guidance.

That's a bit elevated for a 3900x, it should be closer to 1.3. You can also locate MCE in the BIOS.

My BIOS is off, voltages are Normal. I'm using the newest AMD chipset driver and balanced power plan in Windows. The Ryzen master shows 34c, 1.2v, and 800MHz at idle. I'm running a 3950x with a 360 setup on a rice-filled MX5 thermal paste. Adding another 10°C from Asus lighting services brings temps up to 1.4+v and near 4GHz idle. I'm disabling the garbage app and setting voltages to "normal" or "default". Disabling PBO should get the latest chipset driver.

I'm having trouble with that. I've checked Bios and Ryzen Master multiple times, but every time I reboot, it sets the frequency to 4.6 GHz and voltage to 1.45V. I'm trying to find a way to turn off Ryzen Master so I can overclock in the BIOS.

Despite adjusting the BIOS settings, the Ryzen Master is overriding them. I'm looking for ways to disable it.
