It should work well. My setup uses a 7700x in an ASUS B650 Plus with WIFI and Fury Beast 5600mhz DDR5 RAM. For better performance, consider at least 5600mhz CL36 RAM and 32GB if you have the budget.

I discovered the 6000mhz model eventually. The 32gb was chosen for that reason.

16GB is no longer suitable for top-tier gaming setups. Many recent titles require more than 16GB of RAM. I frequently notice my system running at 20GB or more while playing demanding games, even with other applications running. Check this page for motherboard memory compatibility (though missing a listing doesn’t ensure it won’t work). https://www.asus.com/motherboards-compon...IME-X670-P

High-speed 2x16 kits using DDR5 are priced comparable to faster 2x8 kits in most markets. This differs from DDR4, where prices typically rise proportionally with speed.

It seems the price appears to be significantly higher than expected for that storage capacity in my area. I checked a few other regions and found around 70 euros for 2x8 and 114 euros for 2x16.

I'm not really into AAA games, except maybe Forza Horizon. I also have a secondary screen, so I'm split in that way. But I'll definitely have to think about it now that you brought it up.

The listing isn't visible yet, but the specifications match closely. I checked similar models like KF560C36BBEAK2-16 and found comparable codes such as KF556C36BBEAK2-32 and KF560C36BBEK2-32. It seems Asus likely suggests using 32GB storage.

The 7900x comes with only 16GB of RAM, which seems odd given its performance. If it isn’t a powerful productivity tool, consider a model like the 7700 or 7700x. More cores don’t always help, and faster RAM would be beneficial. A 6000 would be a good alternative if you need that speed.
