Someone can share the maximum RAM speed this Ryzen 9 5950X can handle. You’re considering upgrading to higher-speed modules for your 4266MHz system, but compatibility checks show voltage limits are being hit by the CPU. You’re aiming for better performance, so you’re looking into options that fit within safe parameters.

Ryzen 5000 can hit that performance if the RAM is quality (and the motherboard supports it). If I were you, I’d opt for a more affordable Trident Z 3200MHz CL14. It would easily reach those speeds. Those chips are likely factory-configured, so upgrading memory is straightforward. What do you think?

Observe that speeds exceeding 3200 are treated as overclocking for the Ryzen memory controller, leaving no assurance beyond that point. Yet, reports suggest most Ryzen 5000 chips can reach 3600, with some hitting 4000. Beyond that, performance becomes highly unpredictable.

It seems the optimal setting is around 3600/3800, possibly related to CPU timing. Also, verify the motherboard's maximum speed.
