I increased Viper Steel 4400CL19 to 3800Mhz/1900Fclk with 1.37V and 1.05SOC settings, achieving a 58ns latency. This performance meets expectations; further reduction may be challenging. Let me know if you need more details.

AMD delivers solid performance under 60ns delays. Aim for 14s, but boost the Dimm voltage if needed.

I completed the memory tests without any mistakes. Still, running Cinebench r20 causes the PC to restart when the clock speed is set to 3800/1900. The issue might be related to how the system handles those specific settings. With a clock of 3733, it works fine.
