Manual settings tend to be more reliable than constantly changing ideas since there are various voltage levels and performance curves. Some recent designs can reach up to 1.5 volts for a single or dual core boost, but you won’t notice significant loss until near that level. Once you hit around 1.5 volts, efficiency drops sharply, so it makes sense to stop at about 1.4 volts. Going beyond that isn’t cost-effective and pushes you into diminishing returns, making VDO suitable up to 1.36 or even 1.32 if you avoid LLC designs.

This aligns with what I expected. I plan to aim higher than my previous 3.8GHz target, targeting 4.0, though I concur with @Beerzerker that 1.4 might be a bit excessive for everyday use... Still, 1.3 could suffice to achieve 4GHz on some devices. Appreciate your time and advice.

They seem to handle 1.27v well, and the 2700x works smoothly all day without any issues.

Based on my experience with Ryzen Master, reaching 3.8 at 1.3 or 1.35 usually comes easy for me, so it seems my hardware luck might have been good or the software isn’t that strong for this. Since I can’t get it to work on Windows 11, I’m not sure if the issue is with the silicon or the tool.
