My Ryzen 7 3800x is working between 50-65°C when idle. It seems everything is set up properly, but I’m not sure why it’s heating up. The R7 Wraith Prism cooler is installed, but I’m still puzzled.

You use a temperature monitor to track the readings. The consistent 32-35°C occurs with Ryzen Master while other processes are inactive, but the water loop fluctuates between 30-50°C otherwise.

It might work by placing it in the highest boost/voltage range. Adjusting power profile could allow lower idle CPU power, reducing clockspeeds and voltage needs.

Bios and core temperature details. Mastering Ryzen isn't working. Core voltage reads 1.5V at idle and in BIOS.

They thought iCue caused the CPU to overvolt, but it didn’t make a difference.

Switch your Windows power plan to a balanced setting. Change the Ryzen Master power plan from performance to a plan that supports downclicking when idle.
