Hello, I'm experiencing an issue with my Ryzen 7 5800X3D CPU not reaching its full boost speed of 4.5GHz and consistently staying at 3.6GHz. The BIOS on my ASUS ROG Strix B550 is already up to date.

Hello. Your 5800X3D should work well on your Asus B350 ROG Strix, but the main factors affecting boosting are heat, power delivery and BIOS settings. Check your temperatures—high readings can cause problems. Are you using any overclocking tools like AMD Ryzen Master? Consider uninstalling them and restarting. Clearing the CMOS or resetting the BIOS might help too.
