Don't purchase this product under any conditions—it's simply poor quality, especially given its high cost. You might manage to reach its maximum performance, but it would lag significantly compared to a 32GB 3600 CL14 unit for the same price, mainly because of its desynced FCLK from MCLK. The 4600 CL20 is built around Hynix JJR IIRC, which runs at high speeds but struggles with low timing, making it hard to maintain stable operation at 1:1 FCLK. Voltage settings aren't the main issue; many overclockers safely operate DRAM voltages between 1.5-1.6V. Still, this kit offers very limited performance for its price, so it doesn't justify the investment. Also, combining it with an older unit is likely to create conflicts unless identical memory chips are used.
