ryzen 7 3700x temp

I have a Ryzen 7 3700x with an x570 Aorus Elite motherboard and a Kraken X62. I'm trying to overclock to 4.2 GHz at 1.332V, and my idle temperatures range from 45-60°C in idle mode and 77°C under full load. What's the issue?
