I'm really pushing my limits but this discussion is pretty weak. You can easily run Zen 2 up to version 1.4 without issues. I've been using a 3700x OCed to 4.4 with all cores at 1.375v for over two years, keeping it at 100% most of the time. Zen 2 supports up to 1.42v without any noticeable drop in performance. Don't suggest random voltage settings.
