For streaming and recording games at 1080p with 60 frames per second, you'll need a powerful CPU capable of handling high-performance gaming and rendering tasks. Consider a multi-core processor with strong CPU cores and ample cache to ensure smooth gameplay and efficient recording.

3600 works well in most situations unless the task is multi-threaded; I’d get a 3600 result. With a Turing card (1650 super and above), you can simply use nvec, which performs comparably to x264 with minimal performance loss. Even without it, 3600 remains strong for encoding streams.

3600. For Turing (other than 1650) or Navi GPUs, apply NVENC/VCE encoding.
