I bought a new Ryzen 2700 cpu this week which is mainly for running Visual Studio with Resharper, SQL Server Management Studio, JetBrains WebStorm and Android Studio. I already overclock this CPU from 3.2 to 3.7 with 1.3 Voltage. I just wanna ask if this is worth it and if this will not shorten my CPU life as i will use this CPU for atleast 5 years or more.
PS: I also overclocked my RAM from 3000MHz to 3200MHz

It shouldn't be an issue; you're not overclocking too much and the voltage is okay. As long as you maintain a low temperature, everything should be alright.
