I have a Ryzen 1700 on a GIGABYTE AB350M-GAMING3 board with a GTX 1070. The CPU runs at 3.2GHz and stays there, but how can I push it past that limit? Also, should I use the Ryzen Master app to overclock it? Which settings are best?

Always use Bios to overclock. For each CPU, the process of trying to overclock will vary and is known as the Silicon Lottery. When it comes to preferred settings, check overclocking forums that are already active here. There’s no fixed starting point—just gradually increase the clock speeds and test for stability. Many overclocking guides are available on YouTube for your CPU. Take a look at this link:

Same motherboard and processor as yours, including a 1070. It has been working well at 3.6Ghz for about ten months. There have been problems with clock speed and memory speed when trying to update to newer BIOS versions, so I went back to F7 and stayed there. All clocking is handled through the BIOS for me.
