When they first started, yes. Nowadays, it's not really like that. At least I didn't run into any problems after the fix.

It was accurate for a single month in 2017. The Windows scheduler is now stable.

No? Is it true that the boost in gaming performance when it was released came from assigning it to one ccx and not another?
