Upgrade the newest chipset drivers. The ones from MSI are outdated. AMD has made significant improvements in recent driver updates. For the BIOS, verify your version with CPU-Z (under the motherboard section). Update the BIOS according to the manual’s guidance. The most recent BIOS release for your board came last week—just install that one. The file you downloaded is a Zip archive; you’ll need to unzip or extract it. E7B86AMS.P31 is the BIOS file. If PBO is set to auto, it should be active and no changes are required.

Open Task Manager, right-click R23, select Details, adjust priority to "Run Real Time," then retry.

It looks like the chipset drivers were the main issue, not anything else. I’m not sure how much of an impact they had!
