You can experiment with PBO, the curve optimizer, to achieve a slight improvement (a few percent) while reducing the heat output slightly. It's probably not essential at this point. Just apply the newest BIOS, install the latest chipset drivers from AMD, enable Above 4G decoding and Resizable BAR (Smart Access memory, SAM).

I'm using AGESA 1203 on a 5600X machine. My settings are 200/140/180 with a -29 all-core curve, +200 frequency override, and it boosts to 4850 across all cores and threads. It also runs smoothly at 2000 with a 1:1 ratio.
