You can choose between a Ryzen 5 Pro 2400G and a Ryzen 3 PRO 4350G. For gaming and everyday web use, the Ryzen 5 offers better performance, while the Ryzen 3 is more budget-friendly.

Here are the additional details you're looking for. The specs are similar across both models, though the 4350G offers a slight boost in CPU performance. From a GPU perspective, they perform almost identically. Neither chip is strong enough for current high-end games, especially when using the IGPU. Both were budget options from a while back and aren't ideal for modern gaming.

I'm looking for affordable options from around ten years ago. A Lenovo M725s with 256GB NVMe and 8GB DDR4 should work well. An HP Elitedesk 805 G6 also fits those specs. For a game like Grand Theft Auto 5, the older system might struggle more compared to the newer one.

The 2400G relies on Zen1 and performs noticeably worse in CPU tasks, yet offers superior integrated graphics compared to the 4350G. The latter excels in CPU performance thanks to Zen2 but suffers from inferior integrated graphics because of fewer compute units and its shared architecture.

According to what I understand, the 2400G uses a Radeon RX Vega 11 at 1250 MHz while the 4350G runs a Radeon Vega 6 at 1700 MHz. It’s unclear which would provide more frames without further details.

The Vega 11 remains quicker... though not by a large margin.

I’m considering the 4350G mainly because it’s more recent and offers a quicker CPU speed. The 7nm process compared to the 2400G’s 14nm might not significantly impact gaming performance. On the flip side, if Vega 11 performs better in games, it could be the stronger choice.

They seem fairly decent for GTA V, depending on what you're looking for. I'd pick the one with better performance but lower power usage.

They have the latest version available. You might even consider moving to a dedicated GPU later; the current CPU is quite slow and may hit performance limits around a 1050ti chip.

I don't understand how productivity is measured, but I own a 1600X, a 2200GE, and a 4500U as semi-daily users, and rarely run into raw performance problems. For general tasks, any of those processors would work, though gaming will be limited (and no one expects magic from GPUs).
