Ryzen 5 5600X with a single core reaching above 6.2GHz at 61°C
Hello, thank you for reaching out. It’s uncommon to see such high readings from a core at that specific temperature and boost setting. I’m not sure if it’s normal, but your setup sounds well-configured. The 6.2GHz you’re seeing might be due to the curve optimizer or other factors. Since you’re not concerned about overheating and have good cooling, it seems safe to keep things as they are. Just monitor closely and adjust if needed.
Use HWInfo instead of Classic HWMonitor and refresh your chipset drivers.
Daaang, need a 6.2 uplift at that setting! Currently I’m seeing around 4.9 per core. As @GuiltySpark mentioned, probably some data issues.
