Updated and purchased a case with four built-in fans. After adjustments, the cooling improved noticeably! The CPU stayed below 82°C even during intensive Blender rendering. The system ran quieter, and I no longer experience thermal throttling. Thank you all for your help.

It's typical to feel warm near the stock cooler, particularly when using devices like a blender. However, temperatures above the high 70s to low 80s are unusual. Are you sure your CPU isn't running quietly? The numbers on the screen don’t show much activity.

I'm not completely idle; I'm just sharing my screen on Discord, which puts a strain on the GPU. The CPU usage remains low. I checked the IDLE temperatures and they stayed consistent.

We require a temperature check as well. What model are you using? A standard stock cooler often includes sealed cases lacking proper ventilation, which can be problematic because the built-in Ryzen cooler relies heavily on airflow to function effectively.

I found an outdated PC case from a previous build, recently swapped out the CPU and various parts. The front panel remains accessible for ventilation.

Ryzen processors, particularly newer ones, tend to increase performance aggressively, which can cause temperatures even during light use to rise significantly. On average, each core (at minimal load) reached about 76.8 watts, while power usage stayed around 44 watts. When idle, temperatures might dip into the high 50s or 60s, which is typical for the standard cooler. If they remain in the high 70s to 80s, it suggests an issue with the cooling mount.

I captured a clearer image this time—just Chrome and HWMonitor were running. It seems the temperatures are still elevated, so I might re-seat the cooler tomorrow.

1) The HWMonitor is pretty bad. Ignore that. HWInfo64 works better.
2) What a stylish gadget! The 5600 stays cool without a problem.
3) Make sure the cooler is installed right and thermal paste is applied.
