Hi, your Ryzen 5 3600x displays just 6 threads under CPU ID and no SMT in the BIOS. That’s unusual since it should show all 6 cores and 12 threads. Check the BIOS settings or hardware specs for confirmation.

Check your system settings for Ryzen Master availability. Occasionally, certain updates may block CCXs.

Check the motherboard model and BIOS version. Have you attempted resetting everything to Auto mode in the BIOS?
