We were discussing gaming performance settings. The Ryzen CPU adjusts differently under light usage, raising voltage above 1.4V briefly for peak frequency during short bursts. Under full load, voltage and frequency drop consistently across all cores, which is typical. The 1.3V level isn't recommended for maximum CPU stress, though PBO might drop to around 1.2V based on your configuration. Manual overclocking reduces efficiency for lighter tasks, but fine-tuning could make PBO more effective than manual settings.
