I'm uncertain about a suitable safe overclock for my Ryzen 5 1600x with an MSI X370 motherboard. I was considering around 3.9ghz or higher, though the maximum seems to be around 4ghz. I'm not sure how much voltage adjustment is appropriate.
Adjust the voltage to 1.35 and experiment with stability, observing the speed at each setting. Once you identify the maximum safe operating point, notice the voltage drop at peak speed and determine the lowest safe level.
