This issue relates to the present draw. That's what has caused these chips to fail prematurely.
Current doesn't equal voltage.
Under normal conditions, these chips manage the 2 independently: lighter loads require higher voltage, heavier loads need lower voltage.
With manual OC, they no longer control this behavior, so it falls to the user: lighter loads should be set to low voltage and high current, while heavier loads should match low voltage and high current.

What I read and seeing Buildzoid video helped me return to Pbo. The room now has A/C to manage the higher temperatures in Pbo and during summer.

And that's quite bothersome because many people around the globe are wondering, "OMG my PC is about to explode, the CPU is hitting 100°C, what should I do???"
I truly hope motherboard manufacturers would help users more instead of forcing them to adjust settings outside the specifications. A simple note on the motherboard box—explaining things like "Boost Magic Things" and how to turn it off if needed—would be helpful. It could take just a few minutes to write and cost almost nothing.
Cheers!
PD: I never used or will use any auto-oc tools added by motherboard vendors. I prefer not to change stock settings unless I'm absolutely sure of what's being altered. Plus, I don't want a loud turbo noise near my head, so I'll always look for a CPU that offers strong performance without excessive noise when it's running.

3600 offers a bit of space if you're willing to play around, but hitting PBO level 1 should suffice. The 3600X is essentially a factory-created version of 3600 with minimal room for manual tweaks. There aren't many options to boost performance significantly without much effort. It's a Ryzen chip, not a third-generation Intel processor, and the era of 1GHz overclocking is over.

I don't really like the software Oc's because I learned my lesson with Aod. In fact, the only thing I use RM for is monitoring.
I just set a 3600 on my son's Msi B450-GAMING-PRO-CARBON-AC last night and adjusted the ram and Pbo, then decided to leave it there.
Have a great weekend, guy!
