Thanks for the input! I've completed additional stress tests and fine-tuned the voltages to 1.2 with clocks set at 4.35 ghz. It seems I might have hit a successful result.

Thanks! I'm using the Omega x6 Titan (rebranded Anidees Crystal). The cold plate is installed after cleaning the block. I recall setting up the AIO with a smooth mirror-like surface. It might be that the Tpastes affected the block, though the CPU IHS appeared normal.

I examined the situation and although airflow is limited, it doesn’t appear severe. There should be a 1" plus space in the front panel to let air in. I’d also check the cold plate on the block—possibly signs of corrosion aren’t clear from the images. What kind of thermal paste are you using? This could be sufficient for warranty coverage.
