Hello, I checked whether this RAM will function well with a 3600 MHz Ryzen processor and possibly the 3900X or 5900 later. I know odd CL values can be problematic for Ryzen, but that’s not a deal-breaker. My motherboard is an MSI B550 Carbon gaming Wi-Fi. Another choice could be a 3200MHz CL16 kit. Kingston (2x16GB) 32GB 3600MHz 17CL HX436C17PB3K2/32

The top starting point is the manufacturer's QVL pages on their site. CL17 stands out a bit—usually 16 or 18 are standard, but 17 is perfectly acceptable.

It makes sense choosing 3200MHz CL16 for better stability and ease. Since you're new to RAM and XMP settings, sticking with the same RAM across upgrades will simplify things. Just keep in mind the performance difference between 3600MHz and 3200MHz.

Opt for 3600MHz, CL18 as a baseline; additional suggestions could come from 'better than me'.
