The Vega 8 significantly outperforms the GT 710. I’d recommend searching for a used 750ti, GT 1030, or GTX 950 to match up with the Ryzen 3 3100. Combining the Ryzen 3 3100 with the 750ti offers superior performance compared to the 3200G.
