You should consider disabling the built-in Ryzen GPU if you're experiencing lag with the GTX 1060. It's better to optimize performance by removing the native GPU.

Make sure your motherboard configuration matches the settings. In BIOS, change the default GPU to dGPU. If nothing appears or works, restrict the PCIe interface from auto mode to the card's actual generation. This is important when using a PCIe 4.0 slot with a 3.0 graphics card.
