Hello, I recently increased my R3 1300x to 4.0GHz @ 1.4v (a standard setting) and wanted to know if this speed is safe for around eight hours of daily use. My temperatures are near 61°C during gaming and about 54°C on average, and Cinebench shows similar results. I’m asking whether 1.4v is acceptable without any long-term risks. Thanks.

I wouldn't be concerned about 1.4V as long as temperatures stay low and everything remains stable.
Regarding any issues over time—you won't get a guarantee, because you're pushing the CPU beyond its standard limits. This can actually increase wear and potentially shorten its life. That's just my cautionary note.
Keep things cool, and you should be okay.
