Hello guys i overclocked my ryzen 3 1200 from 3.1 at 3.8ghz but the problem is that at cpu z shows that its at 3.1 and in bios and windows at 3.8.In cinebench my cpu loads at 3.1 at 80% and never goes at 100%(3.8).Have my overclodes succeed or not ?

Task manager/cpu displays the information about the current clock speeds for each core in HWMonitor.

all the cores operate at 3.1, while the base CPU sits at 3.8 and the current status remains at 3.1
